So Much To See & Do!

Rock

We are close to the little village of Rock where you can find local amenities and some really good food with restaurants from Nathan Outlaw and Paul Ainsworth, The Dining Room and Number 1 Rock Road, a golf club with beautiful views and safe sandy beaches.

Padstow

Pop on the ferry and cross the estuary to Padstow where you can enjoy fresh seafood, great shopping and a bustling harbour. Take the Camel Cycle Trail to Wadebridge by the river or just sit with an ice cream and watch the boats bob. Following the trail further South will take you not far from the dog friendly gardens of Pencarrow House, a fascinating stately home.

Port Isaac

A little further afield you can visit Port Isaac famed as the setting for TV’s Doc Martin, with lovely little streets and beautiful views and Nathan Outlaw’s restaurant.

Polzeath

All around this area are some great walks for varying levels. You can take a twenty minute walk across our fields and find yourself at Polzeath beach. Here you can get surf lessons or hire equipment – all you need to enjoy the sea! If you want to get really active, Rock has the Camel Ski School with activities like water skiing, kite surfing and wake boarding.
